Academic Achievements & Awards

  • November 2022: Received INSC Young Researcher Award -2022
  • April 2020: Awarded prestigious Marie S. Curie (FRIAS) Cofund Fellowship for 2020/2021
  • February 2020: Seal of excellence in Marie Curie IF proposal 2019 with the higher score of 91.2 (placed in a reserved panel in chemistry panel)
  • October 2015-September 2018: Recipient of prestigious PBC Postdoctoral fellowship in the subject of chemical science granted by the Planning and Budgeting Committee (PBC) of the Council for Higher Education, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, Israel to conduct postdoctoral research in Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. (36 months)
  • 2012-2015: Awarded senior research fellowship (SRF) in the subject of Chemical Science granted by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi, India. (36 months)
  • 2015: Recipient of best research paper Award 2015 for the publication entitled “In Situ Generation of Redox Active Peptides Driven by Selenoester Mediated Native Chemical Ligation”, conferred by Indian Institute of Technology Indore.
  • 2010-2012: Awarded junior research fellowship (JRF) in the subject of Chemical Science granted by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi, India. (24 months)
  • 2009: Selected for a doctoral research fellowship upon qualifying the Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE, 2009) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. (All India Rank = 169)
  • 2009: Qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the Joint CSIR-UGC, India (December 2008) (Qualified in top CSIR category)
  • 2000: Awarded National Scholarship by obtaining 88% in 10th level examination.
