Research Interest: My research explores how ionising radiation remodels the extracellular matrix (ECM) and how these changes can be strategically exploited rather than seen only as damage. I am particularly interested in using radiation induced ECM alterations as “entry points” or “routes” for targeted therapies, including nanoparticles and gene delivery systems, to achieve more precise and effective cancer treatment.
